This project consists of a build out for a new Ace Hardware store. This is a first generation build out from an existing cold dark shell. Key features include a new concrete slab on grade ,metal stud framing and sheetrock, exposed painted ceilings, polished concrete floors, wood trim, automatic sliding doors, traffic door, above ground propane tank, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
