Awendaw Fire Station One Renovation

This project consisted of the interior renovation to the living quarters of a fire station. The scope of work included removing interior finishes, kitchen cabinets, shower, interior sheetrock, building insulation, lighting, HVAC system and windows. The exterior walls and roof were re-insulated using closed cell foam insulation. Perimeter walls received new sheetrock and new energy efficient insulated window units. The interior space received new flooring, wood trim, cabinets, counters, paint, plumbing fixtures, HVAC system, lighting and acoustical ceiling.
